what spiecies of Eristalis ist this one? I think, it should be E. pertinax?! Right? Wrong?

Hagen, NRW, Germany, August 4th 2008, alder marshland, 175 msm, on Eupatorium cannabinum

Eristalis pertinax...the legs 1 and 2 have the tars completely yellow
