Difficult to see, but it is definitely cordiger group.
I'd say either cordiger or unifasciatus. The frontal stripe seems to be rather narrow for cordiger, but difficult to judge from this angle.
Unifasciatus has a stripe on the eye, cordiger does not. Any frontal pictures ?

Well, I think I can see an eyeband, but not sure.
So I favour unifasciatus, but as said... not sure.

Wolfgang Schacht said that:

"Your foto shows Tabanus unifasciatus. The species is easily recognised
apart from cordiger by the single eye-stripe, which is slightly visible
in your foto. Tabanus leleani, which is not yet known from Spain, but
possible, is different from unifaciatus by the broader frons, the
brownish subshining antenna and the lower but broader frontal middle-callus".
