15 July 2008, Zosimova Pustyn station, Naro-Fominsk district, Moscow region, Russia. Size 4.5 mm. My first thought was a Heleomyzidae, and I suppose it's still a possibility...

Subject changed from Unknown fly to Heteromyza rotundicornis, Andrzej Woźnica det.
