Hello!

At first I thought this 6 mm fly was a Psila fimetaria, but now I speculate more into direction Tetanocera sp. (Sciomyzidae). Or something other? Found on July-14 at a blackberry hedge, northwest Germany.

Scathophagidae, maybe Norellisoma (not sure to see well the spines on the fore legs).
