Hello!

Today this Tabanid (~12-15 mm long) visited the blossoms of Oreganum in my garden Hungary. Note its nice pale green eyes. Very impressive! What species is it? Thank you in advance.

Given the general colouration (legs included) and the very large head, I guess it's a male A. fulvus, however, not sure.
