Clusiidae ? I?m not sure, but I am new in business. They are so hairy on thorax. My fly looks in my eyes vere relatet to Chyliza leptogaster in Forum http://www.diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=1747, It also has the optical phenomenon on the eyes.
But as I mentioned: I?m so inexperienced.
