Looks like an Exorista spp. (possibly the rustica group) Smile

The mustard-yellow face, ruff of white hairs behind the head, slightly elongated abdomen, and parafacial bristles reaching down to 2/3 of antenna 3 are all quite distinctive Smile If it is a male then it should be easy to identify using the genitalia and sternites.

This one has confirmation for id and Exorista rustica it is. Genitalia has been examined and id by Theo.
