Looks like an Exorista spp. (possibly the rustica group) The mustard-yellow face, ruff of white hairs behind the head, slightly elongated abdomen, and parafacial bristles reaching down to 2/3 of antenna 3 are all quite distinctive If it is a male then it should be easy to identify using the genitalia and sternites. |

This one has confirmation for id and Exorista rustica it is. Genitalia has been examined and id by Theo. Jari |
