Recently taken in my garden in the Netherlands (West), this not so very sharp picture of a tiny funny looking mosquito.

What is it?

Those very long front legs are characteristic of Chironomidae, so not a biting fly!Smile
- and I don't think you will get a name for this tiny female. Frown
