Basal cells are not merged and the wing has some infuscation: Nemopoda cf. nitidula.

Hello and thank you to all helping me with the ID of this fly.

For Socrates: I took a lot of pictures from this little fly. Unfornatly only the two pictures shown are somewhat sufficient. 3mm is the limit that can normally be focused clearly with the objective of my camera (Nikon D70S; AF Micro Nikkor AF 1 : 2,8D).
