Hello!

I found this oddity in my garden, Hungary. I surmise that it might be a Homoptera but I am absolutely not sure. Possibly it's a nymph not an adult one. It has nice, feather-liked tail and was very mobile. Identifiable from this photo? Thank you in advance.

24th June, 2008. Small sized, few mm long.

Certainly Homoptera, Fulgoromorpha, and I'd guess Issus coleoptratus.
