Dear forum,

I met this small (~6mm) fly today in my garden. Is Tachinidae correct and can it be further identified?

Best regards, Niek

Dear Chris,

Thank you for your extremely quick reply. The first Rhinophoridae sp. I photographed in my garden (I try to take pictures of all animals in my garden, I have filled within a year three big albums and there seems to be no end to it.....)

Best regards, Niek
