I think it is Tenthredinid, but what genus/species?
17.06.2006, near forest and lake, northern Polland, size ~7mm

I think it is a Nematine, if that is any help, I can't see vein Sc to take it any further!

I earlier thought about Nematus sp.
I don't have any key to Nematinae. Could you say what characteristic tells Pachynematus?
