Helo!

I guess that this species is only 1 or 2 mm long. They appeared by the dozen on the blossoms of Achillea sp. in my garden. Is the family ascertainable at least only from this phoo? Thank you in advance.

There is little to go with, but I'd say Oscinella (Chloropidae)
