Dorsal view and lateral view. At least a total of 4 eyes on this insect, perhaps even total of 6 (if yellow sphere on lateral view is an eye). Just the Order. Tony T attached the following image:  [127.93Kb] |

Baetidae or something close in Ephemeroptera.
