Really Paul ? Brownish and Stegana-like bent wings, elongated 3d ant, narrow frontal triangle...
I know the arista is thick. I was thinking to Chyliza or around.

Those thick aristae may have fooled me. If it is Chyliza, it must be extenuata, which has densely haired aristae.
