Habitat: Dense foilage next to a small stream
Size: Small, few mm
Date: 2008-05-10

I have taken some photos from this nice fly and I would like to know more about it if possible from this picture.

Not hopeless, only one Sepsis in Europe has only 1 pair of dc -
S.punctum Male, by the way.
