what is the ID of this fly?

data: May 2nd 2008; Hagen (NRW, Germany), 175 m above sea level; artificial alder marshland; on a leaf of Urtica dioica

 Antennae reminded me of a Xylophagidae and there is one quite similar in the Gallery - Xylophagus
