Empis opaca?

Dear forum,

I photographed this fly this morning in my garden.
I believe it is Empis opaca. Is this correct?

The reason why I posted this question is that although it looks very similar to me, the legs of the fly in my previous post http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=12362&pid=58384#post_58384 are of a different colour (reddish-brown instead of grey).

Doesn't look like Empis opaca to me. Maybe Empis tessellata?
