10 mm-Rhamphomyia?

Hello!

Because of its size and colouration I first thought, this was Empis tessellata again. But I can't see the Empis fork in its wing venation. Found on April-29 at at tree (northwest Germany).

It certainly has the broad proboscis of Rhamphamoyia.
