Hello forum,

it was on April 22nd 2008, that I found the attached puparum (exuvium). It was close to a rivulet that passes an area characterized by an artificial alder marshland; 175 m above sea level; Hagen (NRW, Germany).

I posted the same picture into the entomologie-forum some days ago. There, my presumption was confirmed, that it should be an exuvium from Tipula spec. Is it possible to get a closer ID?

Thank you in advance, Josef
