My guess is that this fly belongs to Tachinidae.

Microsoma exiguum is an excellent call.

It is easily overlooked, but the topcel is stalked.

Wow - very good call - I missed that petiole. Maybe worth putting in the gallery as it is such an unusual species Smile

let's wait for a better picture. Microsoma is very characteristic, but it does not show on this picture.
