Neuroctena Grin (setae on R1 aren't in good focus, but still visible).
Also palpi unusualy long and wide -
Neuroctena caucasica (Ozerov, 1987)
This species is completelly overlooked (it is one of the reasons why I put this image) - no mention in www.faunaeuropea.org, for example.
Species was discribed from Europe (very eastern, but still Europe) - border of North and South Osetia.
But if there are doubts that border of North and South Osetia is Europe - voila Sochi region, Europe, site of Olympic games 2014 Grin
