Does anyone recognize this larvae? I found it today in a small stationary creek

It is the cast skin of a mosquito but I can't be any more precise.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
