Hello together,
yesterday I found this Tachinidae in a forrest near Frankfurt/Main.
Size: 6mm

Could it be Admontia blanda?

Regards
Andreas

Just out of interest, what makes you think it might be Admontia? I don't think Admontia have hairy eyes and the excavation shouldn't reach the margin of T1+2.

I am not sure what it is but maybe it is something like Phorocera? (or even a sarcophagid) Needs Theo really - I don't see enough of them.

Chris is dead right: Phorocera obscura.
Often taken for a Sarc, because of the unusual elongated shape (that is, for a Tachinid).
Very common, so get used to this one !!
Male genitalia are remarkably large, easy feature.
