On March 14th I found this fly on a tree trunk in a wooded area of the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen (dunes), Netherlands. I think it is Tachinidae. Is that correct and could anything more be said about its identity from these rather poor photographs? Thanks in advance! No. But if it is around 8 mm. I can see nothing that contradicts Lypha dubia. Theo |
