Hello, here is a question I got in one Lithuanian forum. Looks like Anthomyiidae, but that's where my ideas end. Anyone has more precise suggestions?

I think you are right Nikita. Palpi very prominent. There is another Egle species (Egle brevicornis) which might look like this. It is very uncommon. I don't have any specimens. They probably can't be separated from photos |
