Is this a Platypezidae again? 12. October 2025, 4mm. Our garden in Rheinbach near Bonn/Germany, 210m above sea level, huge forest nearby. To me it looks different to the one I just had posted. Sorry for the poor photos. Thank you for your help, Jörg

Great, so a new species for me. I had opted for Lindneromyia dorsalis from comparing pictures in the WWW. But checking now, Platypeza fasciata looks much more convincing to me! |
