I see this Limoniidae in a Quercus pyrenaica (450 m. over sea) forest on 9 March 2008, flying over the layer of died leaves. A raining day with sort sunny intervals. The forest is in Alava in the north of Spain. Do you konw what is it?

Limoniinae, but then antennae of 12-14 segments (?), it seems it has R2, so perhaps Metalimnobia...

HEY PAQUI...The poster of this one and only thread in 2008, 3rd March., got so fed up waiting for a reply that he joined a monastery. He has taken a vow of silence, so you are wasting your time.
