Look at those eyes. Dark and intense red.
Have you ever seen such a marvel ?
But I don't even know the family and worst the genus of this calyptrate
Who can help please ?

I think Cyrtoneurina or Cyrtoneuropsis.

Yes OK wit he these marks on wings this is possible. American genus.
Last time I got a possible Cyrtoneuropsis, found dead in the house https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=114827
