I found it today on wett landings and it was about 3 mm long.
I am probably wrong.....but could this by a Blephariceridae ???

Or nevertheless a Chironomidae (thats more likely I think)

Grrr?.I have searched everyhere, except at the Ceratopgonid.
I have tried to reduce the lines on the wings.(see the photo),
Only the red lines I have doubt about?but perhaps it is something from the flits-light.

Veins marked with red are veins of the other wing. (Indicateed as CuA1 and CuA2 on your drawing.

I also think that this is a Ceratopogonid midge, but mostly based on the shape of head and antennae.
