Could someone help me identifying these Tephritidae?
The photos (Paul Muller) was made near Tarragona, Catalonia (NE Spain), on 02/10/2012.

Thanks!

I'd say Myopites stylatus, one of the two seashore species of the genus. In this position and light, it is not clear if it has yellow pleura, yellow mesonotum and reddish-yellow oviscape, but its "smoky" wing plate is better fits to it.
