Hello,

I photographed this fly in Bazzano (AQ), Italy, on March 8th 2024. I think it is a Psychodidae, but is it possible to identify its genus or species from these photos?

Thank you in advance,
Emanuele

The wings look strange, folded like genus Psychoda, but the colouring is more like genus Philosepedon. Both belong to tribus Psychodini. I would stick to Philosepedon spec.
