Chamaemyiidae - Chamaemyia ?

I observed this dipteran on May 20 in the Desvres forest in the North of France. I'm thinking of a Chamaemyia. What do you think ? If so, can we determine the species from the photo?

Yes, it is Chamaemyia but identifying them is sometimes even dangerous with a specimen at hand so identifying them from photo...

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
