 Hello, this 10 mm fly sat on low vegetation just 1 m beside Altwarmbuechen Lake north of Hannover, Germany on 20 May 2024. Is an ID possible?

 Try Tetanocera (Sciomyzidae). Apparently a teneral specimen.
