In the greenhouse in the Netherlands, Bergen. 1-5-2024. On a flower (Barbarea vulgaris) taken outside with some honey for photos. Image recognition from the Dutch site Observation indicates an uncertain Phryxe vulgaris. Just like the fly from some time ago https://diptera.i..._id=112976 Regards, Thijs thijsdegraaf attached the following image: [78.96Kb] Edited by thijsdegraaf on 04-05-2024 16:09 http://www.tuin-t...engels.htm |

Very uncertain Phryxe, since it is a female Pales pavida. Theo |

Thanks Theo. Image recognition and I still have a lot to learn. I haven't done much with Tachinidae in recent years. Regards, Thijs Edited by thijsdegraaf on 05-05-2024 17:29 http://www.tuin-t...engels.htm |

"All Tachinidae are similar, but some are more similar than others" |
