Hello, unfortunately I could only take this photo, before it flew away. I have looked at all small Syrphidae in literature, that occur here in early spring, but I could not find a species with such small white spots in combination with such a slender abdomen. Maybe a Platycheirus? On meadow near a hedge and forest (northwest Germany).
