Maybe Macropelopia nebulosa ?

Found yesterday at Saint-Quentin-en-Tourmont (Somme, France)

Tanypodinae. I don't know species. The wing pattern of your fly does resemble M. nebulosa.

I would agree that M. nebulosa is the most likely species
