Hello Forum, one more fly from the alder marshland in Hagen (D) 175 m above sea level. This photo I took on June 6th 2007. The fly was on a grey colourd metal fence that is around the arteficial marshland area. It should be one of the Muscidae family. Perhaps Stomoxys calcitrans? Muscidae, but not Stomoxys. Probably Mydaea corni Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |
