Could someone help me identifying these fly? Can it be Paragus bicolor?
The photo was made near Barcelona, Catalonia (NE Spain), 03/06/2023.

I think you are right, but I have no personal experience with the species which has only been found once in Denmark, https://www.gbif.org/species/1535710
