Hard to tell, does the mid tibia have two av & three pv setae between 1/2 and 4/5 as that's pretty definitive for C. nitida? The twisted hairs on the top of the katepisternum are another but are surprisingly difficult to see in some specimens. |

I can't see these setae in my photos and don't think they are there. Twisted hairs, I see 2 hairs that seem to go toward each other but twisted? I don't see another Crumomyia on this website that looks like this. I'll try to key it out. Do you have any idea what else it could be. Thanks for your help. |

If the anepisternum is completely pruinose look at C. nigra, that's a bigger species too. |
