Photograph taken on 10 November, 2023 inside a house in the urban center of Motril (Granada, Spain), near the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 2 mm

Hello,

why 'or'? Psychodidae belong to Nematocera. But this is Ceratopogonidae.
