Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin (east of Kiel), way between a mixed forest (Douglasie, Oaks, Beeches) and a pasture, along an uncultivated hedge, at a leaf of Sambucus sp.(?), 19th of May 2023, (Photos - only from this angle: kuv). Sorry, no idea.
Please help to get the ID.

I think Rondania is correct and it's probably R. fasciata (long petiole R5, tergites basally yellow).
