Hello everyone,

I photographed this fly today on the bank of a river in southwest Germany. I estimate the size to be 8 mm. I think it's a Lucilia. Can you say more?

Greetings Siggi

Hi Siggi, this is most probably a female Lucilia caesar.
Greetings, Eric Kloeckner
