Hello, Is it possible to determine the species from the picture? The fly was sitting on ivy and the size can be guessed from the flower buds perhaps? It was not big. Germany, Saarland, Bexbach, Garden, Absolute Altitude 250 m, 10.09.2023 Greetings, Volker Click on the image - > Image enlargement
