I can not place it with confidence in the key by F. C. do Val (1976) but it might be the common species Pantophthalmus tabaninus. https://www.revistas.usp.br/azmz/article/view/11982 There is a 1992 review of the Mesoamerican species, a book chapter which is not free online.
