Image taken last week in the Manteling van Walcheren, Zeeland, Netherlands. The habitat consists mainly of sand dunes near the sea. Thanks in advance for any help with the identification. Regards, Pit

Hello, a lateral-view would help, but I would say Philonicus albiceps male. |

Hi, This is for sure Philonicus albiceps. A very common species in sand dunes of the Netherlands. Best, Jonne |
