Hello,
this appr. 5 mm fly was found in our garden in Hannover, Germany on July 29. My guess is Leucostoma simplex. Is an ID possible?
Thanks a lot!
Hans

Hello Hans, it's a female Rhinophora lepida (Calliphoridae - Rhinophorinae, former Rhinophoridae), see the petiole on R4+5.
