Hallo Ira, the image is too blurry to give a reliable ID, but the fly seems to have a black basicosta AND 3 postsutural acr-bristles. So I assume it could be a male Lucilia silvarum.

(das Bild ist zu verschwommen für eine seriöse ID, aber es sieht aus, als hätte die Fliege eine schwarze Basicosta UND 3 acr-Borsten nach der Naht. Ich schätze daher, es könnte ein Männchen L. silvarum sein.)
