Here is an image of a, what I believe, is a Dolichopodidae. Was searching the web for similar specimen with broad wings, but no luck so far. Can anybody help me with the ID? Thank you! Image taken on 28.5.2023 in Pötzleinsdorf, near Vienna, Austria MikeP attached the following image:  [90.56Kb] |

If you have more pictures, Sciapus platypterus has a conspicuous white band on the mid tarsus. |
