Dolichopodidae, broad wings

Here is an image of a, what I believe, is a Dolichopodidae. Was searching the web for similar specimen with broad wings, but no luck so far.
Can anybody help me with the ID?

If you have more pictures, Sciapus platypterus has a conspicuous white band on the mid tarsus.
