Hello The 2023/05/15, I posted in this message a male of Fannia canicularis https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=109860 The 2023/05/28, I once again caughted the same fly (I think ?) in the same place (NE of France my apartment Florange 57190). Hello Louis, both are males (the female has a distinctly wider frons) and I think the differences depend on the angles and the lighting of the photos.
